Tom Gradecak

Tom Gradecak is a highly respected and popular real estate agent in the Vancouver market. Shannon Vrlak

Real estate in Vancouver is an evolving business, but it is one that Shannon has been actively involved in for 25 years. Shannon started working in the Vancouver real estate market after completing her degree from Carleton University. After working with a major developer, Shannon pursued her Diploma in Urban Land Economics at UBC while continuing to work with developers including Townline Homes and Bosa Properties.

Shannon joined the WESTSIDE Realty group in 2009, and over the past twelve years has enjoyed working closely with many families to meet their real estate needs.

Sunny Lo

Sunny is a veteran REALTOR® who has been in the Vancouver Real Estate business since 1993. He grew up in Hong Kong, an energetic city where “East meets West”, and is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. After having travelled the world, Vancouver is where he chose to settle, and has lived here for more than 25 years now.

His mission is to work with his clients to help them either find the best property to suit their needs or assist them in the sale of their property. Sunny prides himself as being best known for his outstanding working relationships with his clients. During his free time, Sunny enjoys golfing & travelling.

Jill Hannan

Though originally from Edmonton, Jill spent countless summers visiting family in Vancouver and eventually, like many, succumbed to Vancouver’s beauty, mild climate and vibrancy. She made the move and never looked back.

After completing her Business degree from the University of Lethbridge as well as a diploma in fashion and design from Kwantlen College, Jill decided real estate was the perfect fit. Jill’s knowledge of the industry and personable demeanour allow her to effectively understand her clients’ needs and guide them through the home buying and selling process with ease and confidence.

Drawing from her own real estate transactions and renovations, Jill understands the number of considerations and time dedicated to selling and purchasing a home. Motivating Jill is a passion for interior design, architecture and the desire to leverage her experience to craft a memorable and seamless experience for her clients.

Susan Inouye

Susan has enjoyed working exclusively in Vancouver’s fabulous Westside since becoming a licensed realtor in 1990. She is the “go to” person at WESTSIDE Realty and keeps the office running like a Swiss watch. Understanding the complexities of our legal contracts, managing the listings, conveyancing and overseeing the daily administrative requirements keep Susan very entertained.

She enjoys helping people in every aspect of real estate and is always available to make sure our clients have a stellar experience. Outside of the office Susan can often be found walking Charlie her “slightly spoiled” puppy.

Khem Atwall

With over 9 years in real estate marketing and administration; Khem brings a vast amount of knowledge and experience to WESTSIDE Realty. Starting in the pre-sale industry, Khem transitioned to resale operations in 2017. Khem is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, transaction management, and marketing initiatives.

His passion for real estate is reflected with his determination to support his colleagues and clients alike. Ensuring expectations are met with exceeding results. Outside of the office, Khem enjoys playing sports, travelling, and spending time with his family and friends.
